Evening Manager; Weddings

Artemis are looking for an energetic, proactive Evening Manager to become a key part of our operations team based at Clock Barn. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced events environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and loves ensuring everything runs smoothly. As a pivotal member of the events team, you'll oversee the event during evening operations, support every department, and ensure our weddings, events and guests receive an unforgettable service.

• Act as Duty Manager for evening operations.
• Support all departments including events, bar and kitchen.
• Complete evening reports and contribute to weekly operations meetings.
• Assist guests with any queries or issues during events.
• Ensure the venue always looks immaculate during an event.
• Carry out stock takes for F&B items and place supplier orders.
• Help prepare spaces for upcoming events.
• Assist with the catering at show rounds and open events.
• Participate in deep cleaning across departments to uphold venue standards.

• A confident, organised, and proactive hospitality professional.
• Experience in events, hotels, or hospitality management roles (preferred but not essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a natural focus on guest satisfaction.
• Tech-friendly and comfortable with basic systems and reporting.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the venue's location.
• Eligibility to work full-time in the UK.
