Key Responsibilities:

In this varied and operational role, you'll be responsible for:

Maintaining exceptional Housekeeping standards across guest rooms and public areas
Leading, motivating, and developing the housekeeping and porter team
Managing team rotas in line with business demands
Supporting the Estate Housekeeping Manager and ensuring SOPs are followed
Working hands-on with Cleaning duties during busy periods, including rooms, public areas, and laundry
Inspecting rooms and communal areas to meet 4-5 star standards
Managing stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, and responding to guest requests

What we're looking for:

To succeed in this Assistant Housekeeping Manager position, you'll ideally bring:

Availability to work shifts between 8am and 5pm, 40 hours per week
Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a large hotel or resort operation
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A hands-on approach, comfortable balancing operational Cleaning tasks with administration
A solid understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
