Contract: Permanent - Part Time

Salary: £12.67 per hour

Reporting to: Head Chef and Country House Manager

Working in our Dolserau Hall Country House, which is a retreat for up to 40 guests staying for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. We know the number of guests each week and have fixed mealtimes. We plan menus in advance and get pre-orders for lunch and dinner. Your role as Kitchen Porter will be to support the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef by cleaning all food preparation areas and equipment, ensuring the kitchen is maintained to a clean standard throughout service, and assisting in the preparation of vegetables, salads, and picnic lunches when required.

Desirable skills we look for:

• Previous experience of working in a busy kitchen.
