We are a family run, privately owned organisation founded in 1969 by the Bannister family, who are actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. Over the past 50 years our 1000-acre estate has gone from strength-to-strength and now boasts 70 bedrooms, The View One Rosette Restaurant, Macleod’s Bar, and a Five-Bubble rated spa, as well as an array of on-site activities such as clay pigeon shooting, Land Rover Experience, archery, fishing, e-biking and walking.

• You’ll be a key player in delivering our new vision — collaborating with the Maintenance & estate team as well as the wider management team and our suppliers to bring excellent service to life.
• You’ll provide hands‑on leadership to a dynamic front‑of‑house team across our hotel.

• £36,000 per year + service (up to £2,500/year)
