As a Assistant Spa Manager –
Maternity cover at Crerar Hotels, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring they leave with lasting memories of their visit. With a strong focus on leadership, you will inspire and guide your team of spa therapists to deliver outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This hands‑on role involves working closely with the Spa & Leisure Manager to meet or exceed targets, manage day‑to‑day operations, and optimise the spa’s financial performance.

With previous experience in the spa industry and a passion for wellness and hospitality, you’ll foster professional relationships with guests, providing tailored services that enhance their stay. Your leadership will drive both revenue growth and an unforgettable guest experience, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and clear interaction with both guests and team members.
