We pay our team a monthly SERVICE CHARGE that all goes సినిమ into one pot; 100% of that is shared amongst the team. This can be around £260 a month (approximately £3,200 a year) on top of base pay.

As host, you help guests create lasting memories.

• Hosting guests from check‑in to check‑out, including booking tables, advising on local hotspots, and chatting.
• Building close relationships across teams, as many of us become friends.
• Ensuring all guests have a memorable experience.
• Being a team player by lending assistance to other departments on occasion.
