join the award winning food and beverage team at marylebone cricket club, operating across unique and different spaces, leading front of house, back of house and bar teams fearlessly into service and creating memorable moments for guests across lord's cricket ground.

the role involves:

• leading by example in the delivery of world class events across foh, boh and bar operations
• taking charge of the performance and presentation of your team
• working hands-on to ensure that the club's standards are maintained through staff training and product knowledge
• training and upscaling staff to ensure the highest standard of delivery
• ensuring that setup/breakdown of your area is performed efficiently
• assisting with stock control and payment systems
• ensuring all relevant health and safety regulations are complied with
• flexible working across weekends and evenings.
