Casual Food & Beverage Waitperson - Trump Turnberry - Food & Beverage

Position Scope

To assist in the service of a high-quality food & beverage product to customers. To assist in the development of Food & Beverage products and Services across the resort. To answer guests' requests and resolve guests' problems.

• To project a pleasant, positive and professional image at all times.
• To adhere to all company policies and procedures
• To manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests.
• To ensure a timely delivery of all guests’ orders.
• To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.
• Upselling and the identification of additional revenue opportunities.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information takes place.
• Any other reasonable task requested by your manager

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Ability to communicate freely in the local language
• Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• A team player, contributing positively to team performance
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest
