About

the Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to be the face of the Lomond Hills Hotel. This is a crucial role where you will welcome guests, provide a seamless check‑in experience, and serve as the primary point of contact until closing. You will also be a key support for our Health Club members, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and facilities.

This role also includes providing Bar, Restaurant, and Housekeeping support as and when required. If you are a proactive problem‑solver with a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check guests in and out.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Respond to guest emails and online reviews.
  • Provide a welcoming presence at the front desk.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist Health Club members and perform maintenance checks of the swimming pool area.
  • Carry out cleaning duties to keep Health Club facilities tidy and presentable.
  • Support Bar/Restaurant operations as needed.
