We’re seeking a hospitality professional to oversee all aspects of wine service in the restaurant and contribute to developing the wine list for the resort. Opportunities for development include WSET level 3 and/or level 4 qualifications.

• Oversee all aspects of wine service in the restaurant and contribute to the development of the wine list for the resort.
• Serve wine within restaurant and bar service, manage stock levels, and develop the team to recommend and sell wines to guests to complement tastes and menu choices.

• Previous experience in hospitality or in a role working with wines; ideally in a Sommelier or supplier background.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for sharing knowledge to enhance guest dining experience.
• WSET level 2 diploma or equivalent Sommelier qualification is required.

• Full-time (45 hours per week) or part-time contracts tailored to your lifestyle; overtime pay for hours beyond contracted.
