Market Lavington SN10 Locations We are looking for with to support our . This is not a home to home role, you will solely be based at one client's residence. Our clients have quite complex needs and would need a carer who is attentive, pro-active but also up for a challenge. Every day is different here at HFH but we are here to make a difference!

• Provide compassionate and reliable care to clients in their own homes.
• Support adults with complex health needs, working as part of a small core team.
• Work with one client per shift, with shifts typically lasting 12 hours.
• Adhere to client care plans and maintain high standards of safeguarding and dignity.
• Be proactive in identifying client needs and communicating effectively with the care team.

• Carers required with at least 6 months experience in caregiving.
• Experience with complex care in home settings preferred.

• Job Type: Full Time and Part Time available
• Salary: 12 Hour Shifts Available

• Typical client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, with continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
• Specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes.
• The regular working pattern may translate to approximately 36 hours per week in a 3-shift pattern, with potential earnings noted per week.
• We employ all staff directly and manage pay via PAYE, avoiding Limited Company or Self-employed status.
