Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong background in care home leadership? We are currently recruiting a Registered Nurse Home Manager to lead a newly registered nursing home in Tutbury, Staffordshire, supporting up to 40 residents.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to play a key role in shaping and developing a high-quality nursing service from the early stages, ensuring exceptional care standards and a positive culture for both residents and staff.

Located in the historic village of Tutbury, this welcoming and well-presented care home has recently been registered to provide nursing care and is designed to support up to 40 residents in a comfortable and homely setting.

The home offers a peaceful environment while remaining conveniently close to local amenities and transport links, helping residents stay connected to the local community.

As Registered Nurse Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a multidisciplinary care team

• Establishing strong clinical standards within the newly registered nursing service

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care

• Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and care standards

• Overseeing care planning, clinical governance, and risk management

• Managing staffing, rotas, recruitment, and staff development

• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent service standards

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC PIN

• Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements

• Experience leading nursing teams and managing clinical governance

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
