A UK healthcare provider is seeking a proactive Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their Adult Sepsis and Acute Kidney Team on a part-time basis. You will support the early identification and management of patients with Acute Kidney Injury and Sepsis, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to educate staff effectively.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £38,682 to £46,580 per annum, pro rata, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
