Location: Swineshead

The older peoples community mental health team is looking for a nurse associate who has a keen interest or experience in older peoples mental health.

We would like to hear from you if you are keen to be part of a service that supports people over 65 years to live well in their homes and in care placement settings. As a Community Mental Health Nursing Associate you will provide community patient‑led services and work with older adults over‑65 years who have mental health issues and complex dementia needs.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring antipsychotics as part of the BPSD pathway
  • Administering depots
  • Completing medication reviews
  • Conducting mental‑health reviews of people on your caseloads who reside in residential and care homes
