Receptionist (Patient Support Team Member)
Join our dedicated team at Kirkbymoorside Surgery, where we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and ensure a smooth experience for our patients.
About You- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule appointments and manage the practice diary efficiently.
- Handle patient queries and provide information about our services.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by the practice team.
