Cygnet is currently looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Conifers on a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract
.

At Cygnet Conifers
, you will be working 42 hours per week
, covering a mix of day shifts
, night shifts and weekend work
.

Conifers is a specialist 7‑bed residential home providing outcome‑focused support for adults with profound to moderate learning disabilities and autism
, alongside associated complex needs
.

We provide a safe, comfortable and empowering environment where independence, dignity and community integration are at the heart of everything we do.

Our approach is rooted in person‑centred planning
, ensuring each individual receives consistent, tailored support.

• Adults aged 18+
• Individuals with learning disabilities
• People with autism
• Individuals with communication challenges
• People with complex needs
• Individuals with physical disabilities requiring specialist mobility equipment

• Salary: £12.60 – £13.10 per hour
