Care Coordinator Nottingham (Hybrid) Circa £27,000 pa DOE Introduction A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator to join a specialist healthcare provider based in Nottingham. Offering a salary of circa £27,000 DOE, this role combines office-based coordination with community engagement. The organisation delivers tailored care packages within community settings, working closely with case managers, solicitors and healthcare professionals to support individuals with complex needs.

Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain community care packages, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery. Recruit, interview and place Healthcare Assistants into temporary and permanent roles. Build relationships with case managers, social workers and other stakeholders to generate new opportunities. Manage rotas, staff availability and ongoing client communication. Ensure all staff and client records meet CQC and regulatory standards. What Experience is Required

Experience with in care coordination, healthcare recruitment or domiciliary care. Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements. Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
