We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join a well-established, family-run nursing home set along the beautiful East Devon and West Dorset coastline, within easy reach of Lyme Regis, Bridport, Axminster and Seaton. Located in the picturesque village of Charmouth, this home offers a genuine home-from-home environment where residents are treated with dignity, warmth and respect.

The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
• Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Lead and support care staff on shift
• Ensure clinical governance, policies and best practices are upheld
• Manage medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining standards and creating a safe, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
• Valid UK NMC registration (PIN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Experience with in a nursing or healthcare setting
• Confident leadership and decision-making skills
• A compassionate and professional approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Newly qualified nurses with the right values and attitude are welcome
