Care Assistant

Provide high quality care and services to residents. Assist with personal care including feeding, washing, bathing, dressing and toileting of residents.

• Assist with personal care including feeding, washing, bathing, dressing and toileting of residents.
• Ensure that all residents retain their privacy and dignity as far as possible.
• Appropriately supervise residents to ensure their safety at all times.
• Assist in the promotion of continence.
• Assist with the serving of food and drinks, assist with the sorting of laundry, make and change beds and ensure that bedrooms are kept tidy.
• Complete records as instructed and in line with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings and mandatory training as required.

• Genuine interest in working within a caring environment, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience of working in a caring environment would be an advantage but not essential.
