Deeping St James | Residential Service (CQC Rated Good ). £12.50 per hour/ £24,375 per annum FTE | Permanent role, with contracts available for 17.5, 20, 20.5 26.5, 30 & 37.5 hours per week.

Who you will support
  • 5 adults (1 female, 4 males)
  • Dual sensory & complex needs
    - Physical disabilities & some challenging behaviour
  • Person-centred, meaningful support is at the heart of what we do

Shifts are varied & can be discussed further at interview: 7am – 4.30/5pm (Weekends: 7am – 2.30pm) 3.30/4.30pm – 10pm (Weekends: 2.30pm – 10pm). You must be expected to work every other weekend and flexibility is essential to support our valuable service.

What you will be doing

A full manual UK license is required as we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
