Nursing Home Registered Manager

Job Title: Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN) Care Home

Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

Salary: £54,000 - £55,000

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home and activities within the home
• Ensure the home operates to a high standard and complies with all legal frameworks
• Manage the home to achieve the best possible outcomes for its service users
• Develop, promote, and maintain high standards of care and best practice
• Ambassador for the home, promoting and marketing its services to the wider community
• Ensure the home remains financially viable and sustainably managed

• Strong IT and clerical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to undertake all required in-house training
• Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification required for registration)
• NMC Registered Nurse with an active PIN
