Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Birmingham. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Care Locality Manager. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company working in the field mental health, learning disabilities and autism.
Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
Regular travel across allocated services (Birmingham / Leicestershire area)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and teams to co-produce care approaches that reflect their cultural heritage, individual goals and independence.
- Champion a person-centred and strengths-based approach that enables individuals to live independently and achieve meaningful outcomes which uphold and value diversity of thought and backgrounds.
- Ensure all services are fully compliant with CQC/CIW regulations, striving for 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings across the locality.
- Lead internal audits, safeguarding responses, incident investigations, and the implementation of improvement plans.
- Lead the implementation of organisational changes within the locality, ensuring that changes are effectively managed and that teams receive the support needed to adapt.
To work with all staff ensuring that Policy and Procedures are understood and acted upon to establish a positive safety culture
- Actively participate in meetings and committees to represent the interests of the service and its users.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met and ensure all services have a clear plan for improvement and sustainability, escalating concerns as required.
- Provide visible, supportive leadership to Service Managers and frontline teams, ensuring a skilled, compassionate, and resilient workforce.
