Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Mon‑Fri 8.30am‑4.30pm

Contract:

Permanent – Term Time Only plus 2 weeks

Essential:
Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing, dedicated team of clinicians supporting children and young people at 3 Dimensions School. The role supports Speech & Language and Occupational Therapists, working closely with the education team to provide evidence‑based assessments and interventions under supervision.

• Provide high‑quality support tailored to pupils’ needs.
• Develop and deliver communication and sensory profiles.
• Co‑facilitate staff training and attend multi‑agency meetings.
• Contribute to placement plans and ongoing service development.
• Engage in continual professional development.

• 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including English.
• Undergraduate degree (preferred).
• Experience as a therapy assistant or similar role.
• Experience working in an educational setting.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of working with children and young people with SEN.
• Ability to carry out 1:1 and group sessions under supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey complex clinical information.
• Excellent organisational skills and experience completing administration tasks for a team.
