Join Our Innovative CAMHS Therapeutic Education Team. Are you an experienced Band 8a Clinical Psychologist or a Band 7 Clinical Psychologist ready to grow within a supportive preceptorship model? This is your opportunity to make a real difference. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you ll be part of the Homes and Horizons project—a ground breaking collaboration between the NHS, Social Care, Education, and The Shaw Trust.

Together, we provide homes, therapeutic education, foster care, and trauma-informed environments for some of Somerset s most complex young people.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about applying psychological expertise at individual, systemic, and organizational levels to transform outcomes for young people and the networks that support them.

Within our educational settings, you ll deliver direct clinical work while shaping a rich therapeutic culture. You ll work closely with staff to empower young people to reach their full potential and help embed sustainable, psychologically-informed practices that enable both young people and staff to thrive.
