Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract:

37.5 hours per week (day shifts)

We are seeking a warm, committed and reliable Day Carer to join our friendly team in a 7-bed residential care home. We support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, providing personalised, permanent residential care in a calm and supportive environment.

• Deliver high-quality daytime care and support to residents
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and activities
• Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement
• Support residents with routines, appointments, and social opportunities
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and handovers
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere throughout the home

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Passionate about helping others live fulfilling lives
• Able to work as part of a close-knit team
• Experience in care is helpful but not essential - full training provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
