Personal Assistant Kelty; SDS​/MF

We are looking for a personal assistant for our client who is a happy and lively 5-year-old girl. You will be supporting our client to enjoy her time outside of school during the week and weekends. Our client loves singing and is very sociable and friendly. To begin with you will be working with our client in her own house, but this will change as you get to know one another.

The perfect PA for our client would be able to think of other activities and new experiences for our client. Our client has global developmental delay and other complex needs. Our client also has a visual impairment. Our client has little sense of danger so someone who is observant and has a good level of fitness would be ideal for this role.

Having experience with children with complex needs would be of benefit. Duties within this role include personal care and assisting with medication.

Applicants must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be patient and understanding, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work.

This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
