My Prestige Client in BN2, are looking for a fabulous Deputy Manager, too join there lively and fast growing Nursing team. On a Permanent contract, this is a amazing opportunity to dive into a Deputy Manager role in a stunning, supportive Care Home.

This Care Home has over 30 beds, offering a home from home experience for residents. This is a Residential and Nursing setting, for Elderly residents with all care offered.

Position will be as followed:

• Deputy Manager
• NVQ 3 Minimum NVQ 5 ideal
• 40 hours
• 35k+

Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of providing leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
