Main duties of the job
You will work alongside a full multidisciplinary team including clinicians, care and education staff. You will have opportunities to be part of the provision development and contribute to the improvement of the Occupational Therapy service. Working autonomously, you will provide quality assessments, reports and needs‑led interventions for young people and work with the school staff to embed sensory strategies across the environment.
Previous experience in working with ASD and learning disabilities with children & young people is required and formal qualifications in sensory integration are welcomed. Experience in providing supervision, staff consultation and training is required.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and forward‑thinking Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our friendly team. Experience working with an ASD client group; CAMHS experience preferred. A degree or a post‑graduate diploma in Occupational Therapy. Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and RCOT.

Person Specification- Experience working with ASD client group; CAMHS experience preferred
