* Key Responsibilities:

* * Deliver a wide range of face and body treatments to a high standard

* Provide personalised service tailored to guest needs

* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment

* Promote spa products and services to enhance guest experience

* Support the Spa Manager and team in daily spa operations

* What We’re Looking For:

* * NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential

* Experience in a similar role within a hotel or spa environment is preferred (1 plus years)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude

* Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
