You’ll provide expert spa therapies, including nail and waxing treatments, and you’ll be confident in upselling the latest spa products to enhance the customer experience.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be trained to an HNC/HND/SVQ Level 3 standard or equivalent, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments and provide a relaxing, welcoming environment for guests.
• Provide expert spa therapies, including nail and waxing treatments.

• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
