Job Introduction. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hair & Beauty Therapist to join our exceptional team at Connaught Care

Reporting to the Home Manager and working within our support team, you’ll provide personalised hairdressing and beauty services in our beautifully designed salons and spa spaces, helping residents feel extraordinary one thoughtful treatment at a time.

• Hairdressing, grooming and styling
• Spa and beauty treatments
• Therapeutic experiences that promote wellbeing, confidence, and joy

• At least 1 year's experience in a similar hair or beauty position
• Hairdressing qualification
• Confidence using a range of products and techniques
• A caring, detail-oriented approach, with a strong sense of kindness and fun
• A calm, warm presence and excellent communication skills
• A passion for service and a belief that beauty is about how people feel, not just how they look
