The Role
:
As a Massage and Beauty Therapist, you will provide a wide range of treatments with professionalism and care, ensuring each guest leaves relaxed and revitalised.

• Deliver a range of treatments to the highest standard, tailored to guests’ individual needs.
• Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably presented and stocked.
• Support retail sales through informed recommendations and product knowledge.
• Help maintain treatment records and manage bookings professionally.
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in creating a warm, welcoming spa atmosphere.
• Contribute ideas to continually enhance our treatment menu and guest experience.

What We Are Looking For
: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage, warm, professional, and guest-focused approach, experience in delivering a variety of treatments, ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
