Axon Moore are exclusively recruiting for a fast-growing management business. This is a perfect opportunity for a first-time mover from practice (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an audit background looking to make the transition into industry within a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management accounts, reporting packs & reconciliations
- MI, budgeting, forecasting & analysis
- Client & stakeholder management
- Month-end close, audit support
- Mentoring junior team members
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Audit experience (practice)
- Strong Excel & attention to detail
- Up to 50,000 + up to 5% bonus
- Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension & additional benefits
