Marlow / HybridYour new companyJoin a respected and supportive organisation where the Finance team plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate UK & Ireland payroll operations.Your new roleAs the Payroll Officer, you'll support the Finance Director and Payroll Manager with end to end payroll administration. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly payroll reconciliations and Workday-to-payroll data checks
• Managing invoices, third party payments, and control reports
• Maintaining employee data and approving Service Now updates
• Liaising with benefits providers and supporting annual enrolment
• Managing the shared payroll mailbox and coordinating with stakeholders
• Supporting ADP updates and monthly payroll processing

• Previous Payroll Officer/Administrator experience
• Strong UK and/or Ireland payroll legislation knowledge
• Experience with managed payroll providers
• Excellent accuracy, reconciliation ability, and communication skills
• Confident Excel user (pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFs)
