Accounts Receivable

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join a not-for-profit organisation. This temporary role involves managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in the accounting and finance department.

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain records of invoices.
• Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing queries.
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable as required.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Support the wider accountancy department with any ad-hoc tasks.

The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice.

• Salary £27k-£30k
