Accounting & Finance, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join the Jersey based office of a large commercial organisation! The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping accounting systems up to date to enable timely and accurate financial reporting, including posting transactions and maintenance of ledgers, and liaising with overseas teams om receiving stock and matching invoices to purchase orders. General duties will include reconciliations, monitoring debtors & creditors, prepayments, accruals and processing intra-group loans.
Applicants will need experience in a similar role, with strong IT skills, including MS Excel, and ideally knowledge of the Oracle E-Business suite (not essential). Excellent attention to detail is essential, as are strong communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
This role is based in a small office which operates on an all hands on deck basis - the successful candidate will need to have a hands-on approach, and a willingness to get involved in any variety of ad hoc duties (not just finance based) in order to ensure smooth running of business operations.
