Are you a qualified accountant looking for a hands-on role with excellent development opportunities? We're seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join a growing business in Wolverhampton. What You'll Do

• Prepare and manage Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets
• Conduct debtor calls and manage credit control processes
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decisions
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance
• Take a hands-on approach to day-to-day accounting tasks

What We're Looking For

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
• Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across the business
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Ambition to grow and develop as the business expands
