You’ll be working on a high-profile portfolio, shaping the way UK partner and partnership tax matters are managed, while developing your technical expertise, expanding your network, and gaining exposure to complex cross-border tax issues. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, internal tax specialists, and international colleagues, applying your expertise to both routine and strategic tax matters, while building your influence within the organisation and the wider market.

What you’ll do

You will manage the preparation and first-line review of a substantial portfolio of UK resident partner tax returns, coordinating the collection and validation of data from partners and internal teams. You will prepare composite non-resident partner tax returns, oversee UK partner tax payments, and manage the main international partnership tax computation alongside the associated UK partnership tax return.

You will work closely with internal tax accountants on complex matters such as double tax relief claims and ensure all compliance processes meet strict quality and control standards. You will act as a key point of escalation for issues and help improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the team.

What you’ll need

• Significant post-qualification experience in UK personal and partnership tax

• Experience managing large, complex tax compliance portfolios

• Strong understanding of UK corporate tax compliance and double tax relief

• High standards for accuracy, control and attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office

• CTA qualification and experience with tax filing systems are advantageous
