Overview

Umbel Restaurant Group was founded by Simon Rogan in 2002 with the opening of the acclaimed L'Enclume restaurant in Cartmel, Cumbria. Over the years we have grown to include Rogan & Co & Aulis in Cartmel, Henrock in Windermere, Aulis in London and Skof in Manchester. We boast 6 Michelin stars and are renowned for the quality and seasonality of our offer.

We also have 16 rooms across Cartmel for our diners/guests to stay overnight.

We are now looking to recruit a receptionist on a part-time basis to join our reception team based in Cartmel. The role will involve:

• Working with our reservations system
• Ensuring smooth check in and check out procedures
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Part Time - 25 hours (3 days) per week

We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in similar environments, customer service is key as well as a sound understanding of reservations software systems.
