Are you a Laboratory Manager or similar with a background in Geotechnical Testing looking to join a company that prides itself on providing a friendly environment, varied work and stable progression into senior positions?

On offer is an opportunity to join a specialised UKAS accredited laboratory who work across the UK providing a range of geotechnical services. This company work with some of the largest construction firms in the UK as well as providing domestic services to homeowners, giving a variety to your role. You will be working closely with the Director to support daily lab operations, liaise with clients as well as improve processes.

In this role you will play a key part of the business, overseeing and assisting with all activities from earth testing on sites, soil tests in the lab, quality assessments, continuous improvements as well as training junior technicians.

This role would suit a Laboratory Manager or similar from a geotechnical testing background looking to step into a new role with a tight-knit friendly team where you will work a diverse role with continued development and progression.

The Role

• Geotechnical testing on concrete, soils, aggregate, blacktop and more
• Oversee technicians and provide guidance
• Liaise with directors and clients

The Person

• Geotechnical testing knowledge
• Field/Laboratory experience
