As an Engineering Supervisor, you will lead from the front with a strong electrical background and solid mechanical skills, supporting maintenance activities while driving standards, performance, and reliability across the site. • Electrical or Mechanical Bias
• Must be willing to work in a hands‑on role within a tough industrial environment.
• Must have experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, or Armed Forces backgrounds (RAF, Navy, Army, REME, Aviation).

• Ability to lead and motivate an engineering team.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.

• Previous experience within FMCG manufacturing.
• Formal engineering qualifications (Electrical or Multi‑Skilled).
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
