Think Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Junior CAD Technician to join our clients growing team in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work on real-world projects within civil engineering.
With some previous experience of using AutoCAD, on a day to day basis the successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Producing accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings under supervision
- Supporting engineers and designers with drafting tasks
- Update and revise existing drawings as required
- Assist in maintaining drawing standards and documentation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Learn and apply industry-specific design practices and regulations
