Technical Graduate

If you studied Chemistry or Chemical Engineering because you wanted to build, optimise and improve real-world systems this is where theory meets scale.

This is about applying chemistry inside live manufacturing environments where formulation, process and performance directly affect product quality, cost efficiency and sustainability.

You will help optimise chemical formulations, improve production performance and commission new manufacturing lines.

You will see the commercial and operational impact of your technical decisions.

As a Divisional Technical Process Graduate, you will:

• Develop and optimise chemical formulations used in industrial production
• Support the commissioning of new production lines
• Review and refine critical process parameters to improve quality
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost without compromising performance
• Analyse data, interpret results and make evidence-based recommendations
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and R&D teams

You will move between theory, data and production.

• Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last 12 months
• Have no more than 12 months of full-time professional experience (placements and internships do not count)
• Hold or be on track to achieve a Degree or Master’s in:
• Chemical Engineering
• Be available to start no later than 30 September 2026

• Have the permanent right to live and work in the UK or EU, depending on your chosen location

You should demonstrate:

• Strong understanding of chemical processes or formulation science
• Ability to analyse data and interpret results critically
• Logical, structured problem-solving skills
• Interest in industrial manufacturing environments
• Confidence applying theory to operational challenges

This role is analytical and practical. You must be comfortable moving between both.
