Sprinkler Projects Director

Company: Tier 1 Engineering Contractor ( 80m Annual Turnover)
Salary: 100, + Package + Bonus

A Tier 1 engineering contractor turning over 80 million per year is looking to appoint a Sprinkler Projects Director to lead and expand its growing sprinkler division.

The sprinkler arm of the business is already delivering 8 million annually, with a strong secured pipeline and a clear strategy to scale the division significantly over the coming years. This appointment is a key part of that growth plan.

This role offers a clear route into a full Director-level leadership position, with responsibility not just for project delivery, but for shaping the future direction, performance and expansion of the sprinkler business unit.

This is a leadership role suited to someone ready to step beyond project delivery and take ownership of an entire division.

You will:

• Lead the delivery of sprinkler projects across commercial and data centre sectors

• Take strategic control of programme, commercial performance and resource planning

• Oversee Project Managers, engineers and specialist subcontractors

• Drive operational standards, safety and technical quality

• Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and business development

• Support tendering, estimating and client engagement at a senior level

• Build and develop a high-performing sprinkler delivery team

• Play a key role in scaling the division beyond its current 8m turnover

This opportunity is ideal for:

• A Sprinkler Project Manager or Contracts Manager ready to step into a senior leadership role
  or

• An experienced Operations Manager seeking a new challenge with more influence and long-term progression

• Strong background in sprinkler system project delivery

• Experience in commercial and/or data centre environments

• Good understanding of design, installation and commissioning of sprinkler systems

• Proven ability to manage teams, programmes and commercial performance

• Leadership mindset with ambition to grow a business unit

• Confident communicator with client-facing experience

• 100, basic salary
