Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer London We are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to support commercial buildings in Central London (Zones 1 and
2)
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and first-line repairs across commercial buildings
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety and compliance standards
- Work independently across multiple sites as part of a foot mobile role
- Foot mobile role covering commercial buildings in Central London (Zones 1 and
2) roughly 8 buildings going to max 2 buildings a day - Travel card provided
- City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience with in facilities management or building services
- Comfortable working independently and managing a mobile workload
