Role & Responsibilities- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
- Manage internal and external audits while approving FAI/PPAP submissions to ensure full quality compliance.
- Monitor and drive improvement of key KPIs including PPM, scrap rates, and overall process performance.
- Support supplier quality, documentation (Control Plans, PFMEA), NPI launches, and train production teams on quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience- Previous experience as a Quality Engineer is required.
- Several years' experience in manufacturing or a technical production environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, process documentation, and core quality/continuous improvement tools.
- Experience with components or products in materials such as plastics, rubber, or metals is advantageous.
