A well-established design team delivering regeneration, residential and transport-led developments is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to strengthen its London office. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead highways, drainage and infrastructure design from feasibility through to construction while mentoring junior engineers.

This Senior Civil Engineer role combines hands-on design delivery with client engagement and sustainable engineering solutions across challenging city-centre projects.

Key responsibilities
Deliver highways, drainage, utilities and earthworks designs
Prepare drainage strategies and planning submissions
Liaise with local authorities, undertakers and clients
Produce designs using Civil 3D and drainage software
Ensure compliance with UK standards and guidance
Support and mentor junior engineers

Candidate requirements
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
Around six years' UK consultancy experience
Strong knowledge of SuDS, S278, S38 and site levels
Familiar with DMRB, Sewers for Adoption and CIRIA guidance
Confident communicator with collaborative approach
