Up to £58,000 Annum
We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our urban division, supporting a portfolio of multidisciplinary light rail projects. You will manage commercial activities from project inception through to final account, ensuring maximum commercial performance and value delivery.
Current projects include major infrastructure developments across Birmingham, contributing to improved transport connectivity and city regeneration.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 2 years QS experience on major projects.
- Knowledge of finance systems, cost management, and contract administration.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (RICS or CIOB accredited).
