Are you a Customer Quality Engineer? Do you have experience liaising with customers regularly on quality projects/issues? Are you confident with root cause analysis alongside leading quality investigations? If so a global leader in the Aerospace sector is looking to take on board a Customer Quality Engineer to grow their current department.

Liaising regularly with Aerospace Customers/OEM's and providing updates on quality investigations/processes on site. Ensure product quality compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.
Collaborate closely with design, production, and regulatory teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change processes.
- Must have experience within a precision/highly regulated manufacturing business (Aerospace advantageous)
- Proven experience leading root cause investigations for product quality
- Confident and proven experience dealing with customers from a quality standpoint
