M&E Quantity Surveyor

Position: M&E Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)
Location: Croughton

Currently seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier One M&E Contractor, delivering some of the UK’s most complex and high profile new build projects.

This is a senior appointment for a fully qualified, commercially astute professional with a strong track record in major project delivery. The initial assignment will be workiing on an RAF Site project, with long term opportunities moving on after to further new build projects

The role

You will take commercial responsibility for large-scale, new build M&E packages across multiple sectors, including:

* Education

* Ministry of Defence (MOD)

* Healthcare

* Ministry of Justice (MOJ)

Working closely with project and operational teams, you will provide senior commercial leadership from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

* Full commercial management of major M&E packages

* Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting

* Procurement strategy and management of subcontractors

* Contract administration (NEC / JCT experience preferred)

* Change management, valuations, and final accounts

* Risk identification and commercial mitigation strategies

The successful individual ....

* Proven experience as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

* Extensive experience on large, new build projects

* Strong background in technically complex environments

* Excellent commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills
